Do I need an appointment?
Appointments allow us to provide you with a one to one professional, personal consultation. If however you call by and we can accommodate you then we will do so happily.
How long is allocated for each appointment?
You will have an hour long consultation each time you come into the boutique.
How much of a deposit is required to order my dress?
A 50% deposit is required – this can be paid in full or over an agreed period of time.
How long does it take for dresses to come in?
Most bridal gowns take up to 6 months for the designer to deliver the gowns to us. There are times that a company may have a gown in stock for quicker delivery.
For bridesmaids dresses the delivery time is 10 – 16 weeks.
There are certain companies that may offer a Rush Delivery. All rush orders are an additional charge, which will vary per company.
Do you do alterations?
Yes we have a seamstress to make any required alterations to your dress. All fittings take place in the boutique. (Alterations are not included in the price of your dress).
