New Appointment Information

Over the past number of weeks during lockdown, we have been working hard behind the scenes to prepare to re-open our boutique safely.

The health and safety of our customers, our staff and our community is of paramount importance. For this reason, we are operating on an appointment only basis and we have put the following measures in place:

Before Your Appointment

We are asking customers to limit the number of people they bring with them to their appointment to TWO guests only. Children under the age of 12 years are strictly not permitted.

For any members of your bride tribe that still want to be part of your dress shopping experience, we have installed a “Zoom Station” in order to ensure that everyone can be included virtually. This will be arranged with you prior to your appointment if you wish to avail of this service.

In line with the current recommendations from the Public Health Authority, we respectfully request that all customers who feel unwell or show any of the following symptoms associated with coronavirus do NOT attend for an appointment:

  • New continuous cough
  • Temperature higher than 38 degrees
  • Loss or change to sense of smell or taste

Instead, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

If you or your guests have been advised to self-isolate or are awaiting Covid-19 test results, we again respectfully request that you contact us to reschedule your appointment.

We will be reducing the number of available appointments to allow time for additional cleaning between appointments. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

On Arrival

Hand sanitising stations have been installed throughout the boutique and you and your guests will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to the boutique. Hand-washing facilities are available if for any reason you cannot use hand sanitiser.

If you or anyone in your party arrive at your appointment and are unwell or do not wish to engage with the preventative measures put in place, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

During Your Appointment

We politely request that your guests remain seated throughout the appointment and adhere to all social distancing guidance in line with government policy. Following discussion with you about your style preferences, your bridal consultant will select dresses from the rail to display them to you and will work with you to hand-pick a selection of gowns that you wish you try on during your appointment.


Your bridal consultant will wear a mask in areas of the boutique where it is not possible to fully maintain social distancing (i.e. the fitting room). A mask will be available for you to wear in the fitting room if you choose to wear one but this is not mandatory. Your guests are invited to bring their own mask or face covering to wear in the boutique if they wish.

We fully appreciate that these measures may seem severe but as a small business, it is vital for us to do all that we can to continue to trade in what can only be described as unprecedented circumstances. Your help and your support in keeping everyone safe and healthy is greatly appreciated.
